For moms we will focus on strengthening overstretched abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, and relax specific areas such as neck, chest and back. Class will include baby massage and yoga movements to aid in digestion and body awareness.
There will be time dedicated for connecting with other moms, and floor play time for babies.
Class is ideal for pre-crawling babies of at least 6 weeks old. Clearance from medical provider is recommended for Moms.
