Mom and Baby Yoga (infant to 18 months).
A class for both mama and baby, we will learn how to flow together with our babies and create a deeper bond with them. Benefits of baby yoga include emotional engagement, mama’s touch to support the immune system and growth hormones, better sleep, stimulate digestive and nervous system, ability to cope with challenges, learning to interact with others, and learning to play alongside mama while she models self-care. Having a special time with your little one outside of the home is impactful, heartwarming, and brings an immense amount of joy into your life. Expect sleeping babies, crying babies, and feeding babies. Come as you are; you will be welcomed and supported. For the postnatal mamas, we will focus on yoga for strength, mobility, stability, and inner peace. There will not be a lot of flexibility practice. This is a slow-paced class for moms to feel connected with their bodies, their littles, and their community.
