Join us for this fun and laid back class where class sizes are intentionally small to allow for greater bonding between moms and their babes as well as other mamas in the same season of life.
Each class begins with our supportive Opening Circle to share and connect with other moms in this same season of life.
Our movement portion of class is designed with mom as the focal point with a very strong focus on relieving common discomfort in the new mama body as well as core and pelvic floor recovery.
Lori is a Certified MUTU System Pro with extensive knowledge of incorporating a SAFE return to movement following your birth.
No prior yoga experience needed.
