–Bats is the solo project of Jess Awh: a writer, musician, and recording artist based in Nashville,TN. Her sophomore album, Blue Cabinet, was released via Citrus City records in 2022andendeared listeners with its lyrically driven, intimate alt-country sound. Her live band uniquelyapplies traditional instruments like fiddle and pedal steel guitar to a more contemporarysongwriting style, blending Nashville hometown influence with indie rock sensibilities.
