Former San Francisco private detective Donovan Plant spent nearly two decades chasing leads and tailing cheaters before returning to his musical roots. He blends rock, country and pop with lyrics inspired by the city. Citing influences such as David Bowie, The Cars, and Jackson Brown, Donovan’s keen ear for hooks and melody can be heard on his recordings and live shows with his band The Leafs. The East Bay Express called them "A band that plays for everyone".
Plant belts out a message that encourages people to find the best in themselves and others. "Sometimes you never know the light exists until you experience darkness. Every song is a snapshot of my evolving outlook on life in San Francisco."

Migrant Pickers will take you on a freight train ride from the deepest roots of American music to outer space and back.
Disciples of Woody Guthrie with a rock in their shoe, the Pickers are firmly rooted in the subversive tradition of American folk. Frontman Gary Adler's acoustic finger-picking guitar with a rock n rock edge combines technical virtuosity with honest, soulful songwriting. Combined with Mark Lahti's driving electric bass Gary and Mark's performances defy genre, expectation, and the very laws of physics.
