Mojo is a playful blend of free dance, conscious connection and how you wish your school social had actually been.
Guided by a trained Mojo facilitator, you’ll be led through simple solo, group and partner activities designed to help you connect, with yourself and others, in a way that feels real, safe, easy and fun.
WHY DO WE MOJO?
In a world that’s busy, screen-heavy and often disconnected, Mojo offers a space to slow down, move your body and remember how good it feels to be yourself while engaging (at your own pace) with other excellent humans.
It’s not about steps or performance. It’s about freedom, presence and embodied connection.
