Aggressive, uncompromising, absurdist, confrontational, political, intentionally ugly, Moider Mother push every boundary beyond its breaking point and birth a genre entirely their own. Comprised of the Mother (Hannah Harte), Son (Noah McKay) and Unholy Spirit (Nick Harte), this wholesome family band rejects politeness, safeness & mediocrity. "Take a pinch of Raincoats, add a tablespoon of early Swans, sauté in the first Stooges album and add half a brick. Put it in a sock. Bon appétit!” ~ Bruce Russell, The Dead C. Hailing from the dank corners of New Zealand's music scene, Grecco Romank is not your average band. Comprising Billie Fee (she/her), Mikey Sperring (he/him), and Damian Golfinopoulos (he/him), this singular trio emerged from the most unexpected of beginnings: a bus driver, an opera singer, and a Greek filmmaker converging in a haunted primary school to record their debut album. Described by Rolling Stone as “as the sound of the rave you never want to end up at but the one you inevitably find yourself magnetically drawn into.” Embracing decayed opulence and unabashed stupidity, Grecco Romank presents themselves as the villains of a wrestling match, prompting one to wonder… "Would you download a car?"

Demons of Noon are a crushing occult doom band. In the troubled times of late-stage capitalism, their incantatory monkish chants, deep and sludgy riffs, and the ethereal tones of their maidens are the balm that you didn’t know you needed. Their pairing of operatic female vocals with pounding sludge doom is unique on the heavy scene. The 13th Floor described a Demons of Noon show as “an impressive performance of disciplined battering heavy music and curiously uplifting”. For Muzic Net NZ, “there was no room for guitar solos, it was all about unrestrained raw doom power, dark and nasty with any lightness not staying for long.”
