From making music in his bedroom to tens of millions of streams online seemingly overnight. MOGY is the artistic output of Midlands based Shoegaze singer and songwriter Brad Morgan. Having spent a few years messing around with a laptop and microphone at university, in 2023 Brad decided to take things a little more seriously. Taking inspiration from the likes of Novulent & quannnic Brad started working with a handful of producers spread all over the world, from the USA to Eastern Russia they would send audio files and mix notes back and forth over Discord channels knowing little more than each others’ usernames. MOGY and his bandmates are now flying the British flag as part of the new wave of modern Shoegaze artists who are inspired by the classic 90s bands but are bringing both the production and aesthetic well and truly into the modern age.
