We will have Dana and Kerrie, therapists at Nurtured Path, talking to us on transitioning to motherhood and providing education related to perinatal mental health. Rise has limited seating but plenty of space, so grab your yoga mat and join us! We will be getting drinks afterwards nearby. Feel free to join for one or both parts of the night!
