Moe is now embarking on an exciting new chapter with HOW TO EARN YOUR BIG GIRL PANTIES: The Coming-of-Age Story That Never Ends. This innovative project represents a significant evolution from her visual art practice into the realm of stage performance. The project combines scenery, music, dance, and poetry to explore profound themes of self-trust, self-worth, healing, and boundary-setting. Developed through residencies at La Napoule Art Foundation in France and Friend of a Friend Gallery in Denver, the performance promises a rich and transformative narrative.
On October 10, 2024, from 6-9 pm, Moe Gram will host “Moe Moe’s Mixer: A Night for the Girls” at the Art Park in RINO District, offering a sneak preview of this ambitious project. This event will introduce you to Moe Gram and her vision around the HOW TO EARN YOUR BIG GIRL PANTIES: The Coming-of-Age Story That Never Ends project. This innovative project represents a significant evolution from her visual art practice into the realm of stage performance. The project combines scenery, music, dance, and poetry to explore profound themes of self-trust, self-worth, healing, and boundary-setting.
Developed through residencies at La Napoule Art Foundation in France and Friend of a Friend Gallery in Denver, the performance promises a rich and transformative narrative. project and seek vital support to bring it to life. ABOUT MOE GRAM
Moe Gram is a multidisciplinary artist living and working in Denver, CO and works on a diverse array of mediums, including murals, collages, and large-scale – installation works. Gram graduated from California State University Bakersfield with a major in Visual Arts and a minor in Cultural Studies, during which she participated in a 6-month museum studies and studio art program in Florence, Italy. Currently, her art can be seen in murals throughout Colorado, an installation in the Denver Art Museum's Creative Hub, Empower Field at Mile High, and at various locations throughout the Denver metro area and the state of Colorado. Moe Gram’s work is distinctive, engaging, and thoughtful. Through her playful color palette, messaging, and juxtaposition of unique embellishments and found objects, Moe’s work encourages the viewer to absorb and reflect- for the betterment of oneself and collectively for us all.
