About this Event
Modern Tai Chi, has emerged in The Quiet Room as a mixed form of Yang, Wu (Z-Q and Y-H ), Walking Meditation, Grounded Meditation, Chair Tai Chi Ropu, Tai Chi Ropu ロープ(with a specific rope), and Qigong (or chi kung).
This approach will not intimidate you, or let you feel like you're missing something. Modern Tai Chi will get you started in the basics of breathing and movement in Tai Chi, to begin your "wealth is health" journey.
We do mostly breathing, walking meditation, Qi- connecting with a rope, and aligning your body and learn the 24th Yang form slowly and patiently with loads of practice.
This is for all ages13 and up! seniors are encouraged.
January and February is 2x1!
