Modern Productive Series

During our first in-person workshop together, we will be exploring where you think the most significant opportunities are to enhance productivity and agree some areas each test partner want to further test and develop. The session will be interactive and lively, involve rapid ideas generation, and will involve people working in their own teams and mixed groups to explore how we might test our top ideas. 

A diverse selection of individuals from each partner site is important. We would encourage a mix of clinical and operational roles and at least 50% of individuals at band 6-8a, those who can see new possibilities, share the opportunities as you see them from where you sit, and who can bring both practical experience and strategic thinking.
