Venue, Parking and Amenities:
Patriot Games Leeds is situated on Regent Street, 10 minutes walk from the bus station or about 20 minutes from the train station. Parking is available outside and on the surrounding streets. There is food available in store and from nearby takeaways.
The monthly will be ran as a swiss-style tournament with a top-cut dependent on turnout: +8 players, 5 rounds/top 4. +16 players, 4 rounds/top 8. +32 players 5 rounds/top 8. Prize pool and the number of rounds will be determined by the number of players attending. There will be no participation prizes and all of the store credit will be distributed into the top cut.
Modern does have an active banned list so please ensure your deck is legal for the Modern format (https://magic.wizards.com/.../rules-and.../banned-restricted) . Deck lists will not be required.
Pre-registering in advance is not essential, but is encouraged. You can do this by sending a DM to the store's Facebook page, by calling the store on 01132 433352 or simply letting us know at the counter next time you're in the store.
