Join us for a modern masterclass with Jeanne Travers on Tuesday, July 7th from 6:30-8pm. This class is open to the community at a $10 drop-in rate for intermediate to advanced dancers ages 16+.

Jeanne Travers is a Professor within the School of Theatre and Dance at the University of South Florida where she teaches Contemporary Modern Dance, Choreography, and more. She received her BA in Dance from the University of California at Santa Cruz and her MFA from the University of Utah where she graduated with honors. Her choreography has been presented in five continents and is an international guest teacher. Jeanne is also the Co-founder/Coordinator of the USF/China Dance Exchange Program between USF and Beijing Normal University in China as well as being the Co-Founder/Director with Emily Navarra, of the Holding Common Ground: Pathways to Cultural Exchange Seminar- Festival in Vietnam. She is the recipient of numerous awards and grants and works extensively as a guest artist for Mounarath Powell Dance.
