Binnenkort gaat een vriend en collega van mij een creatief broedcentrum by day, club by night opzetten in Utrecht. Hij heeft mij vereerd met de vraag of ik daar Yoga wil geven!
Yoga is al bijna 10 jaar mijn passie en levensoriëntatie. Tot op heden heb ik yoga vooral op festivals en gatherings gegeven, waar de reacties altijd overweldigend positief waren.

Vooral op het begin zullen de prijzen lekker laag blijven zodat iedereen kennis kan maken; lees: donatiebasis vanaf €7,5 en studentenkorting etcetera. Het zal een combinatie van Hatha, Upa- & Yin yoga betreffen met zijn wortels in de zuid-indiase traditie die ik geleerd heb van Sadhguru en zijn toegewijde leraren. Voor elk niveau toegankelijk, gegarandeerd voelbaar effectief (minstens de hele dag erna).

A friend and colleague of mine will soon set up a creative breeding center by day, club by night in Utrecht. He honored me by asking if I would like to teach Yoga there!
Yoga has been my passion and life orientation for almost 10 years. To date, I have mainly taught yoga at festivals and gatherings, where the responses have always been overwhelmingly positive.

Especially at the beginning, the prices will remain nice and low so that everyone can get acquainted; donation basis from €7.5 and student discount etc. I'll teach a combination of Hatha, Upa & Yin yoga with its roots in the South Indian tradition that I learned from Sadhguru and his dedicated teachers. Accessible for every level, guaranteed to be noticeably effective (at least the whole day after).
If necessary, I can also teach in English!
