Let your child express themselves through movement in our fun and energetic MODERN DANCE CLASSES FOR CHILDREN!
This course introduces young dancers to the fundamentals of modern dance, blending creativity, rhythm, and technique in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Children will explore movement through games, music, storytelling, and improvisation while developing coordination, flexibility, and confidence.
Perfect for beginners and young movers who love to dance, jump, and explore new ways to move and communicate!
We would like to give the opportunity to children to find dance a fun activity and to awake their artistic vain!
Each session begins with a fun, energetic warm-up filled with games and movement exercises to get bodies moving and imaginations flowing.
From there, kids are introduced to the fundamentals of modern dance—such as rhythm, balance, coordination, and expressive movement—through age-appropriate technique and creative exploration.
The class ends with a short, easy-to-learn choreography that allows each child to express their individuality while dancing as part of a group.

About the teacher:
Alejandra Rosas is a young professional dancer from Colombia.
She started dancing when she was 6 years old and since then she has always been in the dance scene.
She studied classical ballet from the most prestigious teachers in Colombia and Cuba.
In 2010 she moved to Hungary where she had the opportunity to learn from experienced and well known teachers from all over the world.
She finished her professional studies in the Budapest Contemporary Dance Academy and has been teaching adults and children for more than 10 years.
She is currently one of the teachers in ZeroPlus perfoming arts educational program.
Her classes are dynamic and energetic with the fresh perspective of a dancer who had study in two continents, giving diversity in her movements and dance knowledge.

Ez a tanfolyam a fiatal táncosokat bevezeti a modern tánc alapjaiba, ötvözve a kreativitást, a ritmust és a technikát egy támogató és inspiráló környezetben.
A gyerekek játékok, zene, mesemondás és improvizáció révén fedezhetik fel a mozgást, miközben fejlesztik koordinációjukat, rugalmasságukat és magabiztosságukat.
Tökéletes kezdőknek és fiatal táncosoknak, akik szeretnek táncolni, ugrálni és új mozgásformákat és kommunikációs módszereket felfedezni!
Szeretnénk lehetőséget adni a gyermekeknek, hogy a táncot szórakoztató tevékenységnek találják, és felébresszük művészi vénájukat!
Minden foglalkozás egy szórakoztató, energikus bemelegítéssel kezdődik, amely játékokkal és mozgásgyakorlatokkal tölti meg a testet és beindítja a fantáziát.
Ezt követően a gyerekek megismerkednek a modern tánc alapjaival – például a ritmussal, az egyensúllyal, a koordinációval és a kifejező mozgással – korosztályuknak megfelelő technikák és kreatív felfedezések segítségével.
Az óra egy rövid, könnyen megtanulható koreográfiával zárul, amely lehetővé teszi minden gyermek számára, hogy csoportban táncolva kifejezze egyéniségét.

A tanárról:
Alejandra Rosas egy fiatal hivatásos táncosnő Kolumbiából.
6 éves korában kezdett el táncolni, és azóta is a tánc világában mozog.
Klasszikus balettet tanult Kolumbia és Kuba legnevesebb tanáraitól.
2010-ben Magyarországra költözött, ahol lehetőséget kapott arra, hogy a világ minden tájáról érkező tapasztalt és neves tanároktól tanuljon.
A Budapesti Kortárs Táncakadémián végezte el szakmai tanulmányait, és több mint 10 éve tanít felnőtteket és gyermekeket.
Jelenleg a ZeroPlus előadóművészeti oktatási program egyik tanára.
Órái dinamikusak és energikusak, két kontinensen tanult táncos friss szemléletével, ami sokszínűséget ad mozgásainak és tánctudásának.

Este curso introduce a los jóvenes bailarines las bases de la danza moderna, combinando creatividad, ritmo y técnica en un entorno estimulante y motivador.
Los niños explorarán el movimiento a través de juegos, música, narración e improvisación, mientras desarrollan coordinación, flexibilidad y confianza.
¡Perfecto para principiantes y jóvenes bailarines a los que les encanta bailar, saltar y explorar nuevas formas de moverse y comunicarse!
¡Queremos dar a los niños la oportunidad de descubrir la danza como una actividad divertida y despertar su vena artística!
Cada sesión comienza con un calentamiento divertido y enérgico lleno de juegos y ejercicios de movimiento para poner el cuerpo en marcha y dar rienda suelta a la imaginación.
A partir de ahí, se introduce a los niños las bases de la danza moderna, como el ritmo, el equilibrio, la coordinación y el movimiento expresivo, a través de técnicas adecuadas a su edad y la exploración creativa.
La clase termina con una coreografía breve y fácil de aprender que permite a cada niño expresar su individualidad mientras baila como parte de un grupo.

Sobre la profesora:
Alejandra Rosas es una joven bailarina profesional de Colombia.
Comenzó a bailar cuando tenía 6 años y desde entonces siempre ha estado en el campo de la danza.
Estudió ballet clásico con los más prestigiosos maestros de Colombia y Cuba.
En 2010 se mudó a Hungría donde tuvo la oportunidad de aprender de profesores experimentados y reconocidos de todo el mundo.
Terminó sus estudios profesionales en la Academia de Danza Contemporánea de Budapest y ha estado enseñando a adultos y niños durante más de 10 años.
Actualmente es una de las profesoras del programa educativo de artes escénicas de ZeroPlus.
Sus clases son dinámicas y enérgicas con la perspectiva fresca de una joven bailarina que ha estudiado en dos continentes, lo que le da diversidad a sus movimientos y conocimientos de danza.
