Modern Buddhism: Practical Solutions through Meditation & Action

Meeting time is 10am-11:15am. MeditateInAlaska.org is a branch of the Kadampa Meditation Center Washington ( www.Kadampa.org and www.meditateinseattle.org ). We meet usually three Sundays a month September through May in the beautiful Namaste North Yoga and Wellness studio. Most of us meditate in chairs but you are welcome to sit on the floor with your cushion.

$12 donation requested to help pay for the nice space. $6 for students. Please park for free on the street or pay for parking in parking lot.

Each Sunday we practice two meditations and explore a topic of Buddhist wisdom that we can immediately put into action with the intention to help ourselves and others. Beginning or experienced meditators are welcome!
