• Enjoy a regular hike that ends around 10:00 a.m., with an optional challenging extension.
• Experience the beauty of the outdoors while engaging in conversation with other participants.
• Be prepared for hilly terrain and wooded areas; this is not a flat walk.
• Bring plenty of water and snacks to keep your energy up during the hike.
• Wear sturdy footwear for safety and comfort on the trails.
