Mocky Horror Picture Show’s Halloween Special with “Plan 9 from Outer Space”

The Mocky Horror Picture Show is celebrating Halloween the only way they know how: with a comedy movie mock of a cult horror classic!

Mocky Horror’s Halloween Special will feature a live mock of director Ed Wood’s immortal horror/sci-fi classic “Plan Nine from Outer Space” at 8 pm on Friday Oct. 24 at La Cantera Arts Conservatory (1050 N. Westmoreland Rd. in Oak Cliff). 

This special event will feature more than just one of their hilarious riffs of a classic film. The evening will also feature comedy sketches trick-or-treating for all ages and a costume contest. The winner will receive a bunch of fun horror goodies from Collected Comics in Haltom City and Fort Worth (CollectedComics.com)! 

Mocky Horror is performed by comedians Liz Barksdale Kevin Beane and Danny Gallagher. The three crack jokes during the movie while you watch it on the big screen. They've also written special prompts so the audience can yell lines and use props to interact with the movie with them.
