This fun event is exclusive to Artgym and is hosted by national kettlebell champs Eilish Kidd and Miskad Kidd, with back-up from seasoned members of the Artgym Kettlebell Club.

No judging, no certificates, no prizes; but there will be lots of tips and advice, music, cheering and laughs.
5 and 10 minute lifts included
- one-arm snatch, one-arm jerk, one-arm clean and jerk
* multiple hand switches allowed and you may put the kettlebell down in any event
- double half snatch, double jerk, double clean and jerk
* you may put the kettlebell down in any event
