Groom & Grow – Mock Dog Grooming Competition
A mock dog grooming competition with a difference — no pressure, no trophies, just progress.
Designed for both newcomers and seasoned groomers, this relaxed, confidence-building event offers the buzz of the ring without the stress of formal judging.
Each participant receives an in-depth personal critique from experienced professionals, focusing on technique, presentation, and overall handling. You’ll gain clear, constructive feedback to help you refine your grooming skills and build confidence for future shows.
Participants also have access to Help Cards, offering guidance, tips, and reminders throughout the day to support learning and steady improvement.
It’s the perfect opportunity for inexperienced dogs or puppies over 12 months, helping them acclimate to the grooming table, noise, and energy of a show environment in a calm, supportive setting.
An afternoon workshop designed to implement feedback, share experiences, and tackle the competition hiccups judges see every day. Learn, laugh, and level up together — because none of us are doing this alone!
