Join us for a step-by-step workshop to learn the process of making mochi, a traditional Japanese dessert made from glutinous rice flour that is pounded and shaped into soft, sticky treats.
Participants will learn about the cultural significance of mochi in Japan, explore its unique texture and flavor, and discover different ways it can be filled and enjoyed. This event is perfect for those with no experience and those who have been wanting to learn. All materials will be provided.
This event is geared toward adults 16 and over; youth may attend if accompanied by a paying adult.
