Moccasin Lake Pond Cleanup

Each fall, Keep Pinellas Beautiful and the City of Clearwater host The Big Cleanup Clearwater (BCC), the city’s largest community-wide cleanup event! The BCC is a family-friendly week-long event where all residents, businesses, visitors, and community organizations are invited to participate in cleaning our parks, trails, beaches, neighborhoods, and waterways. Join us in keeping Clearwater beautiful from bay to beach!

Ready to make an impact? Join us on Saturday, November 22nd for a waterway canoe cleanup at Moccasin Lake Pond! A limited number of spots are available for this event. We can't wait to see you there!

Please Note: Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

WHERE TO MEET: We will meet at Moccasin Lake Pond – use this address to get there (1415 Owen Dr, Clearwater, FL 33759)

TIME: Cleanup will begin at 9:00 AM. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and grab your gear.

WHAT TO WEAR: Volunteers should wear closed toe shoes, sun protection, and clothing that can get wet.

WHAT TO EXPECT: All cleanup supplies will be provided by Keep Pinellas Beautiful. A water refill station will be available, please bring a reusable water bottle.

PARKING: Parking available onsite at Owen Dr.
