🌟 Join us for MOBTOWN Wellness Week 2024 at Hillsdale Community Center! 🌟Are you ready to make a positive change in your life? Come out and join us for a week of fun, fitness, and community building as we celebrate health and wellness in Mobile! From May 20th to 25th, we're hosting a series of group fitness classes aimed at bringing awareness to the importance of staying active and joining healthy, active communities.
Our goal is simple: to lower health disparities in our community through the power of group fitness, community building activities, and basic nutrition empowerment. And what better way to kickstart this movement than by sweating it out together in group classes at Hillsdale Gym?
Here's what's on the schedule:
🔹 Monday: Beginners Mat Pilates
🔹 Tuesday: Cardio Kickboxing
🔹 Thursday: Kore Therapy
🔹 Saturday: Cardio Dance Party featuring DJ Money Mic!
Weekday classes will be held at 9am, 5:30pm, and 6:45pm, while Saturday's Cardio Dance Party will start at 10am. And the best part? **All classes are FREE and open to the community!**
