Hosted by Mobility Physical Therapy and located in Danehy Park, just past the playground near the Sherman St. entrance, this 60 min class is a great way to start your week feeling refreshed and energized. Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, we will safely and effectively warm up, mobilize, stretch, and cool down to give your body the mobility that it craves.
All ages and abilities are welcome!
BYO mat, mobilization ball (tennis ball, lacrosse ball, etc), hydration, and a smile :)
