About this Event
This class will target every area of the body that is typically an area of weakness/ pain/ soreness such as the shoulders, low back, and hips. You will learn proper stretching techniques and modifications as well. We will learn ways to use foam rollers, blocks, and other stretching tools in the correct way. All in all, you will leave the class with a comprehensive overview of how you can move with less pain and take care of your body.
