HAPPENING TONIGHT!
My brand new Mobility Blast class starts this evening:
Tuesday 29 April at 7 PM at Little Stanion Primary School!
This is a 30-minute session designed to strengthen your joints, not just stretch them.
If you feel stiff all the time, struggle with joint issues, or keep picking up injuries, this class is for you.
We’ll work on building strength, control, and real mobility so your body feels better, moves better, and stays more resilient.
Come and try it out, it’s only £5! And if you fancy you can do Pilates after at 7 pm.
No experience needed. Just bring yourself and a mat if you have one.
