Please join us at Strive for our FREE Mobility & Coffee event next Saturday. @doubleshotcof will be there to fuel you up ☕️
9:00am: Open for coffee & socializing
9:10am: Start full-body mobility and recovery session led by Co-owner & Physical Therapist Kirsten
This will be a low impact session focusing on core engagement, decreasing muscle tension, and improving overall range of motion.
This is ideal for endurance athletes, weight lifters, or active individuals!
The session will go on for about 30-40 minutes.
Afterwards, both Casey & Kirsten will be available for consultations regarding mobility or injury concerns and we can then go over the options we offer at Strive to assist on your recovery journey.
**Please bring your own mat if you plan to participate
