Per Bandai's requirements priority will be given to players who register through the site.
At event start time any players who have not arrived or called to confirm will be dropped and anyone present will be able to take those spots.
Players must use one of the designated Starter Decks, [ST05] for this event.
The cards selected for prizes at this event can all be combined with one of the designated Starter Decks.
