Get the technical skills to achieve the goal of storytelling through photography without the need of having a professional camera
As in language, the media we use for communication purposes also have rules, components and elements that allow us to convey more clearly what comes from our heads. In a communication process, pictures are used as a medium of persuasion as they control the emotions of the viewer. The production of an image in communicating with its audience undergoes a critical but simple process. As simple as it is, the fact of understanding and being aware of this process, allows improving the communication.
This workshop will give you the reasoning behind, and the technical skills to achieve the goal of storytelling through photography without the need of having a professional camera.
The workshop is meant for:
General public with an interest in documenting and capturing storytelling images. Previous knowledge is not needed.

Price. Free entry, but we are open to donations as we are starting to build a bigger project.

Prerequisites
Mobile phone with camera.
Objective of the workshop
To internalize theoretical and practical knowledge in order to improve the quality of pictures taken with a smartphone.

Travel / casual / lifestyle
In this mode we put into practice the combination of the three previous ones to achieve a good storytelling.
Workshop facilitator
Isaac Castillo , a professional architect, with more than 12 years of experience in micro and macro scale projects also a passionate photographer. He has been sharing his expertise as a professor of La Salle University for the last 8 years, going through topics directly related to technical architecture, to also Photography of architectural spaces, Photography of interior spaces and Applied creativity workshops, design thinking and innovation processes.
His approach to life is that every skill you learn is not the actual mean, but a medium to find ways to solve problems in the future. Drawing, graphic design, and photography are not about the fact of doing just things, but about solving a communication riddle.
His favorite hobby, learning useless facts.
