Join us at Fad Saoil Saunas Clontarf for our third Mo - Miles fun run to help raise awareness for mental health this Movember. Lace up your runners and get ready to clock some miles followed by a sauna and a plunge for a good cause. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to get more steps in, this event is for everyone.

The idea behind Mo-Miles for Movember is making an effort to help men and women get more active and more open about their mental health. It will be a 5 kilometer run done at a conversational pace to allow participants to chat and get active on a Sunday morning. The run will be followed by a sauna and a plunge at Fad Saoil Saunas Clontarf. There will also be plenty of time to chat helping participants relax and connect with each other. ,
