Vancouver's eclectic multi-cultural ensemble MNGWA, with members from South America, North America and Europe, drifts on the northern shore of the blooming Latin Alternative music movement. Since 2013, these pioneers of progressive cumbia have been crafting a sound all their own, mixing Latin American and African rhythms with psychedelic rock, funk, reggae, salsa, hip hop and more.
