The organization is the first one in Minnesota and the third in the US. We are a non-religious, non-political organization and a welcome place for all.

Our mission is to grow an accepting community of business leaders that leave a positive impact on our community and world. Our vision is to bring more visibility and equality for members of the LGBTQ+ community in Minnesota, creating an inclusive, understanding and welcoming environment.
