Join TV Host, Producer, and co-founder of BROWN GIRL Jane, Tai Beauchamp (@taibeau) and an incredible line up of co-hosts for a powerful experience that will elevate your mind, spirit, and heart rate.
Morning Mindset With Tai: The Hike and Experience will take this community to new levels. This Hiking Experience was conceived to ignite the spirits, hearts, and bodies of womxn as we build community outdoors in nature! We will cheer ourselves and one another on, hike, workout, and connect with our dynamic tribe.

FITNESS LEVELS: ALL are welcome
A TTIRE: Encouraged to wear your brightest athleisure and shoes suitable for hiking terrain
WHAT TO BRING: your sisters, your friends, your yoga mat and an open heart & mind.
TRAVEL + PARKING: Rideshare STRONGLY encouraged as parking can take 20-30 minutes to secure if there are no remaining spots.
SAFETY: We ask that everyone sign a safety waiver when completing registration.
