Throughout 2024, the band toured extensively across the USA and Europe, performing at major festivals such as Maryland Deathfest and Obscene Extreme, alongside numerous club shows. In 2025, INTERNAL SUFFERING focused on writing new material for their seventh full-length album, while also touring their homeland Colombia in November and December.
Looking ahead, July 2026 will see INTERNAL SUFFERING embark on a new US tour, culminating at the legendary Ohio Death Fest, followed by a European summer tour with confirmed appearances at Death Feast Open Air (Germany) and Death Coffee Party XIV (Czech Republic).
