January Trafficking Awareness Month in the Twin Ports
MMIWR Mutual Aid Fund -Wiidosendiwag “Walking Together”
To be held in Superior WI on Jan 11th to raise awareness, visability of the ongoing MMIW - MMIWg2S - MMIWR epidemic of violence and help create a mutual aid fund for families and MMIWR families search for the missing.
This will be a fully cross-cultural event, featuring both Native & non-Native artists and musicians.

The Concert starts at 6:30pm.
Fundraiser and Support to Proceeds will go towards creating a first of its kind grassroots -"MMIWR Mutual Aid Fund" in the Twin Ports and beyond - to support to MMIWR families, Local search initiatives for the missing, MMIWR advocacy and awareness, and support local community led events and awareness for Missing & Murdered Indigenous Women & Relatives.
The Name of the “MMIWR Mutual Aid Fund is called:
Wiidosendiwag “Walking Together” in Ojibwe is an appropriate name for the mission of the fund, as we are all walking together with Missing & Murdered Indigenous Women & Relative Families to help bring justice and healing.
