The purpose of this project is to bring awareness of Mmiw day as well as many active cases that tend to get overlooked in modern media. Along with doing the portrait our "models" (you don't have to be a model to participate) will hold a poster board of a name that is an open case. When published i will include their story along with several mmiw statistics. This is open to all native people who would like to participate.
