In 2021, President Biden issued a proclamation designating May 5th as Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons (MMIP) Awareness Day. Several bills have also been introduced in Congress to address MMIP and the related issues of domestic violence and sexual assault.Bring your drum
Bring your prayer supplies
Bring your voice
Placing public pressure and raising awareness for the epidemic that is slowly killing us.
We will march at 4pm old town starting at the park and around old town.
Please bring your missing posters to pass around and reach out if you would like us to make you a poster.
Wear red if you can, come ready to march and pray/chant.
The goal is to get the general public educated and aware about the situation.
