Beautiful Soul, join us for an active meditation.
Let our facilitator Leticia take you on a journey through the Elements of Creation...A divine daily practice that she has curated over 5+ years to hold her through the highs and lows of this beautiful life we’ve all been gifted with and that she is being constantly asked to share far and wide as it opens the hearts and minds of those who are doing it now too.
We start off with a beautiful meditation, delicious Cacao and/or Blue Lotus (optional), short breathwork and dancing to ground in together with the EARTH element.
Then we move through more fluid, intentional movement as we embrace our WATER element.
A short sharp FIRE breath will have you clearing deep cellular memory before we open our hearts with the element of AIR.
Finally, you'll find yourself held in your own deep embrace while moving through a closing mediation and soft slow stretches as we tune into the SPIRIT element, we all are.
Cacao: If you are new to Cacao, this is the pure, raw, whole form of chocolate, often referred to as Ceremonial Cacao. Pure Cacao is all about Awakening. It's a delicious heart opening medicine that connects us to our inner essence, opens us up to our higher self, opens up pathways to positivity and joy and supports mindfulness. Not to forget the high levels of antioxidants, magnesium and iron and it contains the precursors to serotonin and dopamine that provide uplifting and mental clarity.
Blue Lotus: If this is new to you also, it is believed to induce a state of relaxation, euphoria, and heightened senses when consumed while enhancing meditation, visualization and dream work.Please come along with an open heart, dressed in comfortable clothing and with your journal, water bottle and any other tools you might like to have - yoga mats, bolsters and cups are all provided.
