4 week MMA and Combat Sports course for small group of beginners.Start: Saturday 3rd August 2024

Course Length : 4 weeks on consecutive Saturdays

Age Restriction : Adults only, 16+
Our MMA course is aimed at those new to combat sports training with no previous experience, or those wishing to return to training and willing to start with basic training.
No previous experience is required and attendees can work at own pace during any fitness exercises.
This course will cover:
- Stance and Footwork
- Striking and Grappling Techniques
- MMA Drills and Exercises
- Fitness and Conditioning
