Long time running Wisconsinites, Holly and the Nice Lions are best known for their momentous live performances that unite energy, chaos, and composition. Others have described their sound as heavy, dark, empowering, and redeeming rock’n’roll/punk/sludge/garage, but they would describe it as just plain loud. They have shared the stage with such acts as The Muffs, Shonen Knife, The Corin Tucker Band, Bully, and The Smoking Popes and never miss the opportunity to throw a dynamic show.
French Irish Coalition
Blues punk isn't a genre you hear every day, much like the French Irish Coalition isn't a band you see every day. Howling slide guitars and thundering drums make up this driving duo. Settling in Green Bay, WI from the Northwoods, the French Irish Coalition take their varied influences to task by delivering riff driven songs and blistering live performances.
