Mentoring the next generation of leaders.
About this Event

Join us for a special evening with Gary Jenkins, a respected public servant, nonprofit leader, and former Commissioner of the New York City Department of Social Services. Gary has spent more than three decades navigating some of the most complex systems in our city, leading teams, shaping policy, and advocating for families and communities in need. His journey from humble beginnings to senior leadership is a testament to grit, purpose, and faith in what is possible.

In his memoir Never Give Up, Gary shares the personal and professional experiences that shaped him, offering a powerful look at resilience, responsibility, and the pursuit of impact. His story speaks to anyone committed to growth, leadership, and service.

This event will include a conversation with Gary, a Q and A, and a signing session. Books will be available onsite.

Members are encouraged to attend and take part in an inspiring night that reflects the values of perseverance and community.
