Join us in the garden as we remember and celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King and get our hands dirty with our core partner, Tiger Mountain Foundation. The Wee Wee Belcher Garden of Tomorrow is a brand new garden with plenty of work to be done.
Tasks may include finishing garden beds, planting trees, turning on the water to the newly planted crops, prepping and possibly harvesting.
NOTE: This site is NOT fenced in and there is very active traffic along Broadway Rd on the north side of the garden. Please consider this if you are bringing young children.
Water, tools and gloves will be provided.
There is a portajohn on site.
There is NO parking at the garden but you can park at the American Legion at 1624 E. Broadway. You can also park in the business parking lot next door to the garden but spaces are very limited.
