About this Event
In the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s vision of justice, dignity, and beloved community, join us for a multigenerational afternoon of celebration, reflection, and action rooted in the arts.
This MLK Day program brings together choral music, storytelling, dance, and participatory workshops that invite all ages to listen deeply, move together, and imagine more just futures.

10:00 AM - Youth & Elder Dialogue Workshop

An interview, writing and presentation project for youth and elders to meet with deep curiosity and bridge the lived past with the striving future through story sharing.

Ubuntu Gathering highlighting humanity’s roots in Africa with costumes, instruments, African dance, Peace Parade & Community Celebration
