What is Mliko? Mliko is the Czech word for “milk” and translates to a classic Czech-style pour unlike anything you’ve ever seen or tasted. A variation on the ratio of wet foam to lager beer in the glass. Mliko pours fill the entire glass with dense, rich, sweet foam, with just a bit of beer at the bottom. This pour looks like a glass of milk and tastes sweet, smooth, and ultra creamy. It is a moment to be cherished in one go, just like a shot, so you can enjoy the hoppy aroma of the foam before it settles down into beer. A special treat, perfect for your first round to set the mood, or a perfect night cap to wrap up your session.
You may have noticed our fancy new side pull faucet behind the bar the last few weeks. This remarkable Czech-style beer faucet is specifically designed to regulate the beer flow, resulting in incredibly fine bubbles and that signature silky head.
