What is Mliko? Mliko is the Czech word for “milk” and translates to a classic Czech-style pour unlike anything you’ve ever seen or tasted. A variation on the ratio of wet foam to lager beer in the glass. Mliko pours fill the entire glass with dense, rich, sweet foam, with just a bit of beer at the bottom. This pour looks like a glass of milk and tastes sweet, smooth, and ultra creamy. It is a moment to be cherished in one go, just like a shot, so you can enjoy the hoppy aroma of the foam before it settles down into beer. A special treat, perfect for your first round to set the mood, or a perfect night cap to wrap up your session.
You may have noticed our fancy new side pull faucet behind the bar the last few weeks. This remarkable Czech-style beer faucet is specifically designed to regulate the beer flow, resulting in incredibly fine bubbles and that signature silky head. With this faucet, we can create various pouring styles using the same beer, and the Mliko pour is a true standout experience that can only be enjoyed with this exceptional piece of equipment.
