Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm arrival 5:30pm
Those who are volunteering to hand out candy will be given 1 free raffle ticket for a gift basket give away! ✨See discussion for photos✨? we will also have a 50/50! Be sure to bring some cash if you’d like to participate ?
••Please arrive a little earlier to set up ⭐️ most of the kids tend to show up right on time at 6pm, so allowing yourself to have time to park and decorate is crucial. I’d suggest no later than 5:30pm for arrival time

•see discussion for photos of the parking lot for reference. I have full access to the back lot, which swings around to the side that I have circled in red. I will have more access to space if needed but this lot is pretty large and should be able to accommodate PLENTY of vehicles of all kinds. I will have some volunteers help with directing traffic, and parking so this runs smoothly. ?
•Additionally I would like for everyone to be able to park close together in a diagonal fashion to optimize space side by side. This will also allow for easy clean up and exit once we are finished ? be sure to follow parking attendant directions.
⭐️?? Lastly, bring plenty of candy? and enjoy yourselves for the night! We will have a gift basket raffle, 50/50 , music, and trophies given away for the following :
-kids choice 1st and Second place
-best decorated 1st and second place
