I struggled with coming up with a theme for this month’s MixxedFit® After Dark class but I decided to go with something near and dear to my heart.Autism Awareness and Acceptance ���
April 2nd is World Autism Awareness Day and April is Autism Awareness Month.
So for this MixxedFit® After Dark party, let’s join the “Light It Up Blue” campaign in support of Autism Awareness and Acceptance, my daughter and those who are on the spectrum by wearing blue or your favorite Autism Awareness shirt.
