Beat that midweek slump with MixxedFit Wednesday at Highlander! Join us for FREE MixxedFit classes every Wednesday evening in the North parking lot of the Highlander Accelerator. All ages are welcome to dance along to popular pop/hip-hop songs while getting a fun workout in. MixxedFit is a people-inspired fitness program that combines dance movements and boot camp toning for an energizing session!
