Mixology Class: Eldritch Wizardry (Absinthe Cocktails)

Just in time for All Hallows ’ Eve, we will explore the world and history of Absinthe via three classic cocktails that feature the oft misunderstood spirit. Additionally, we will demonstrate the traditional method for preparing the spirit via our absinthe fountain. Mardi-Gras-inspired deviled eggs and mini-muffuletta sandwiches will be provided by Chef Katie and the Beau Catering team.

This month's spooky skill-building class will be at Little Gem on Tuesday, October 21, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Spaces will be limited to 16 seats total, so be sure to reserve yours today! Standard tickets are available at $75 each (includes plated snacks from Beau Catering, four cocktails, and recipe cards for each cocktail so you can make them at home). Premium tickets are $100 each and also include a themed Little Gem/Beau Catering gift bag full of Halloween-inspired goodies. Hope to see you there!
